He answered all of my questions before and after the repair which took less than an hour and he came direct to my job site… VERY convenient! I called Carlos for a quote and after calling around to other places I decided that his quote was the best I could find. I called back at around 230 and and Carlos stated that he wouldn’t be able to make it out to me the same day. I explained to him that my daughter had an appointment the next morning. He told me that he would look around for a glass distributor that was closer to me so that he would be able to service my vehicle that day. A few minutes later he called to say he was on the way. Carlos arrived at my home around 330 and was finished replacing my window by 4. He told me that he wanted to make sure that my daughter made her appointment, which made me feel like more than just a job! I would recommend him to anyone!
